6 Inch Stroke Hand and Power Shaper.
Made by Boynton & Plummer Worcester, Mass.
            Shown above is the 6-inch Shaper, which will be found very convenient, and capable of doing accurate work, and for many purposes more desirable than higher cost machines. It will take full 6-inch stroke, and can easily be adjusted to any less distance required. The driving shaft and feed screws are made of the best of steel. The screws and other parts, where necessary, are case-hardened. The feed is automatic and reversible. The cutter bar has a graduated swivel head. The table is 6 X 6 inches, and elevates by hand. A 6-inch swivel chuck is furnished with each machine, of style shown on S and to inch machines.
   This machine is complete in all its appointments, made of the best material and highest class of workmanship, and is a desirable tool for model-makers, die-sinkers, railroad, repair, and all other shops where machine work is done, and will give satisfaction on any work within its range.
